If you join the mailing list we keep your email address and the dates you joined and confirmed. We use it only to email you when we put an event on. We don't share it or sell it.
We only add you once you press the link in the confirm email. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and pressing it takes you off the list straight away. You can also ask us to delete your address at any time.
We also keep the internet address you signed up from, as a record that you asked to join. For an hour after each sign-up we use it to stop people signing others up in bulk.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare and emails are sent by Resend. They handle your address only to run the site and send our emails. We rely on your consent to email you, and you can withdraw it whenever you like.
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. If you're unhappy with how we've handled them, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
